A festival moves fast, and its brand activations need to keep pace. At Madrid Salvaje 2025, we joined JD Sports to offer an experience visitors could wear: a T-shirt customisation stand at the heart of the event.
Our mission was to turn basic white T-shirts into canvases for urban expression, working live and responding directly to the crowd's energy.
The activity: graffiti on demand
Unlike a static mural, this project centred on speed and personalisation. We set up a mobile street-art studio where improvisation was essential:
- Freehand lettering: guests chose phrases, names or keywords, from song lyrics to their own nicknames. We painted them on the spot using sprays and markers, with the bold, flowing typography of wildstyle graffiti.
- Exclusive stencils: festival motifs and reinterpreted logos helped speed up the process and combine textures, producing intricate results in minutes.
The result: branding that walks
The stand became one of the event's busiest spots. Guests queued for the experience of seeing an artist paint their clothing, as well as for the gift.
- Unique pieces: each freehand T-shirt captured the character of that moment, becoming a tangible festival memory more personal than conventional merchandise.
- Audience connection: JD Sports strengthened its approachable urban identity, offering an artistic experience as well as a product.
At Dale Color, festivals and major events are our natural habitat. If you want your brand to stand out, we bring street art to the party.
